VEEV CLUB is a new, more rewarding way to enjoy your VEEV experience. Join the CLUB to start earning points every time you purchase VEEV products online or in-store and receive additional bonus boosters along the way. Redeem your VEEV CLUB points for product discounts and exclusive offers
Joining VEEV CLUB is free and easy. Start by creating an account on VEEV-vape.com. As you complete the sign-up process and accept the terms and conditions, you will be enrolled in VEEV CLUB.

If you already have a device linked to your account or purchased eligible VEEV products online then you can be enrolled into VEEV CLUB. If you have purchased eligible VEEV products in store, simply register, accept the VEEV CLUB terms and conditions and start earning today.
You are only eligible for a VEEV CLUB membership if you are an adult smoker or vaper, or user of legal age in your Canadian province/territory of residence and you are registered in our database. Residents of Quebec are not eligible for VEEV CLUB. VEEV CLUB is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, or anyone other than an individual.

No, VEEV CLUB points can only be redeemed on VEEV-vape.com.
No! If you create an account at a Q-Lab corner, you can log-in and use your VEEV-vape.com account right away.
VEEV CLUB points can be used at checkout to redeem your points towards the products purchase (excluding tax and shipping, if applicable), or redeemed for select milestone items available under the Redeem tab on the Club dashboard.
We are sorry to see you go. Feel free to reach out to customer service at 1-800-304-4033 to be unenrolled from VEEV CLUB. Please note, if you opt-out of the program, you won’t be able to earn points on your purchases. You will lose all your collected points and your dashboard will show 0 points.
No! Your VEEV CLUB membership does not expire. However, if your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months you will lose your points.
To see your points balance, log in to your account on VEEV-vape.com and visit the VEEV CLUB dashboard. There you'll see your full transactional history including points earned, redeemed and expiring.
Yes, VEEV CLUB points expire after 12 months from the day it was earned. Birthday bonus points expire within the same birthday month (28- 31 days)
Redeeming your points is easy! Log in to your VEEV-vape.com account and go to the VEEV CLUB dashboard, where you'll see the points balance you can redeem. You can apply your points to redeem your points towards the products purchase (before tax and shipping, if applicable) within the limit of points you have available. You can also choose to redeem your points by going to the Redeem tab and selecting the items you would like to redeem.
As a VEEV CLUB member, one of the many benefits you receive includes a birthday bonus. Keep an eye out for your birthday email and redeem your 500 birthday bonus points in your dashboard. Simply click on the VEEV CLUB, and under ‘redeem’ you will see your birthday bonus. Birthday bonus will be sent on the first of the month and expire at the end of the birthday month.
You can view your VEEV CLUB points on the VEEV CLUB dashboard. The points you earn with each purchase will be reflected in your account once the product is shipped.
Nothing! All the points earned from that purchase, including bonus points, will remain in your account
Points earned from a transaction will remain at a pending state until the product has shipped. Points are available for use once the order has shipped.
For points redemption at checkout, the minimum points required is 100 points. For the items on the CLUB dashboard Redeem tab, you can redeem at any point across the 4 different milestone levels – 500,1000,1500 and 2000.
Yes, you can exchange your defective device free of cost. If you choose to return a product you have redeemed through your points on Club dashboard, you will lose those points and they will not be returned to your account.
If you return an item for a refund and had received VEEV CLUB points when you purchased such item, the amount of points earned will be deducted from your VEEV CLUB account.
Money to be returned to your credit/debit card but points from previous transaction is forfeited.
If you return an item that you redeemed points for, only the portion you paid out-of-pocket will be refunded to your original payment method. Points used towards the purchase will be returned to your account.
If you opt-out of program, you won’t be able to earn points on your purchases. You will lose all your collected points and your dashboard will show 0 points.
VEEV pods purchased at retail locations are eligible for 100 points per pack. Simply go to your dashboard, visit the Earn tab, see the points scanning section and follow the instruction by scanning the QR code at the bottom of each pack (or enter the 12-digit code manually) to receive points.
No. Only purchases made in retail locations are eligible to be scanned, all online orders will automatically register to your account. 
  1. Users are only permitted to earn 3,000 points per month through the codentify system.
  2. This is equivalent to 30 pack scans.
