The VEEV NOW ULTRA is a disposable vape designed for convenience and ease of use. Each VEEV NOW ULTRA vape device delivers up to 1100 puffs*. If you wish, explore the range of available flavours. The VEEV NOW ULTRA 2 mL device comes with a pre-charged battery of 680 mAh. The LED lighting system shows battery status, fading in and out as the user puffs. Once the brightness of the light decreases, the battery is close to empty. If the light blinks red, then white 3-5 times when taking a puff, the device is used up.
If you have issues starting your device, there might be several reasons:
- You might have forgotten to remove the top and/or bottom silicone caps from the device after unboxing.
- The device battery is finished, in which case the LED light will not illuminate, or the light will blink red then white 3 to 5 times. In which case, it is time to purchase a new VEEV NOW ULTRA.
- There is no e-liquid left in your VEEV NOW ULTRA device in which case you will need to purchase a new VEEV NOW ULTRA.
- The VEEV NOW ULTRA device’s operating temperatures are between 0°C - 40°C. If outside of this temperature range and your VEEV NOW ULTRA device does not work, just bring the device back to the operational temperature range and it will continue to work like normal.
- There is a device malfunction, or your device is leaking in which case you should stop using it immediately and will need to replace it with a new VEEV NOW ULTRA – If this happens, please reach out to the VEEV Customer Care Team.

VEEV NOW ULTRA devices must not be disposed of with household waste. Instead, dispose of your used device by handing it over to a special drop-off depot for recycling electric and electronic devices. The cardboard packaging is fully recyclable, please dispose of your VEEV NOW ULTRA responsibly. Please note the battery must not be removed or replaced by retailers or adult consumers. Only an authorized recycler can safely remove batteries for disposal and recycling. You can add a Circular Program bag to your next order, and return your used vapes to us for safe disposal.
